Change of Mind

You may cancel an order within 12 hours after you place your order. You can contact our support team via email at support@lyonjewels.com within 12 hours if you want to change the size or variants before we process your order.

Returns

At Lyon Jewels, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging materials, including boxes, pouches, certificates, or tags.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@lyonjewels.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind or other reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry.
  • Gift cards.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Lyon Jewels Store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
